Message: Mark and his team restrained the cedar paneling on the exterior of our 7 townhouses inRoxbury, and performed remediation work on the balconies and decks. Mark is very proactive with communication, and he made sure that I understood the options available for treating the cedar paneling, which had gone several years without treatment. Mark brought sample cedar planks with a variety of stains, so I could understand which stain most closely matched my ideal finish. When work began on the cedar, and the result were not what I expected, he brought the painting crew back three times, until the quality of work were up to my (and his) expectations. At no point did Mark make excuses for the work, and kept in touch with me frequently throughout the process. When it came to the balcony and deck remediation, his team worked quickly and efficiently to resolve drainage issues on the decks. I and my fellow owners are very satisfied with Mark's and his team's work, and would recommend him to anyone needing similar work.
